Variations to a Proposed Dwelling in Kogarah Bay

This proposed luxury dwelling in Kogarah Bay was an amazing project that #BnM had the pleasure of assisting with!
We assisted with a range of requested variations including: ⠀
✔️60% first floor depth (rear setback)
✔️Maximum ceiling height 7.2m
✔️Maximum height to the top of the parapet to be 7.8m
✔️Maximum number of residential levels (three proposed)
